Hi Steve, Came to Republic tonight to check on the carpet spots. The trail appears to be coming from Steve Zins office. We tried to clean the spots, they are still wet so hopefully they come out once dry tomorrow. If not we can take care of it when carpets are cleaned next week. There is a light out by the elevator, FYI. Would it be possible to ask Cal to clear out some of the construction debris off the floors in the janitorial closet tomorrow? That floor looks awful and I would like our team to do a strip/wax while onsite, but there is a lot of clutter in there to work around. The night crew had some really awesome feedback on Bills day portering today. Good morning all, Below is the inspection report of the mailroom and IT area from last night. The floors were actually scrubbed instead of just mopped, please let me know if they look better this morning. Note the one stain by the door that cannot be removed. Hi Steve, Showed the crew at what point they should be changing the rolls. When I arrived they had already completed the 4th and 3rd floors so I checked them. The bags I found in the closets with partial rolls were at this level - see photo (compared to a full roll). Sorry this is coming from my personal email since my phone was broken - my Oranje email will be set up tomorrow. The four of us spent 20 man hours getting the gym into shape tonight. The restroom were cleaned top to bottom and floors, showers, toilets and baseboards were all deep scrubbed, underneath all the lockers were cleaned out. There was mold in all of the showers, most of it was able to be removed. They smell much better. I personally deck brushed and mopped the boxing area floors, changing the water 9 times just in that small area - the water was thick and black. The main area was detail vacuumed and we went around with a handheld vacuum to clean dust bunnies in between equipment. It will take me a week or so working with the day porter to get all the crevices between the equipment. Highly soiled areas were deck brushed with Oxy Citrus and then mopped well.
